Description
IRP begins with fine tuning the validated captured problem statement during ICP. Various problem solving techniques like DMAIC , TRIZ are covered so that students can check which technique to apply and start working on the solution. Students interact with the respective industry person/expert so that the proposed solution is accepted by the industry for implementation. Students can take it ahead till prototype based on availability of the resources. Conventional education system shares knowledge, but experience sharing is not there. Knowledge and experience is shard in IRP by Industry experts. It helps students to build skill and experience. Students from technical field do get some exposure to skill building through practicals, but it still misses experience building. IRP adds value in this regards and helps building relevant experience for students from every domain.
